We have been working as hard as we can the past few days to get this server ready for players and it hasn't been easy, but we are finally getting there. Having said this we are still in alpha, so there isn't a lot of things to do, but here are things to do. We will have 3 quests ready when we launch and there will be 7 before we take the server offline for maintenance on January 1st. If Project Acriat is popular enough our sponsor will allow us to bring the server back up on the 2nd and continue hosting until the end of January.

I know it has been a long time since we have done anything, so you need a reminder as to what Project Acriat is. Project Acriat is a PvP Minecraft server with quests and auto leveling classes and that's it in a nutshell. We don't know what else to say about it, but I do know that the best way to find out about something is to try it.

I hope you will join us on Christmas day!

Aaron and I, along with a new Dev member, have been breathing life back into this project over the last week and a half. We plan on picking up steam and getting things done once Winter break begins.

I am glad to introduce a new member to our Dev team, Tommy aka TheZlare.

For those of you that don't know, when we were working on this project last year it was moslty just Aaron, and I creating all the buildings and the class system. It may not seem like it but we put a lot of time and effort into Project Acriat, but when we felt like it wasn't making any progress we gave up. That's why I am glad that we have a new Dev member to help us out.

      Over the past couple of weeks we have had some changes. Some good ones some bad ones, but over all good.
We have had numerous website changes (that we are still working on). We finally have our own domain, which is very exciting because it also allows us to us it as our ip for the server. 
      I am also glad that we have new team members, which includes a writer. That means we can finally start working on the lore for the server. When we started this project there was only 3 or 4 of us and now there are 8 people working on making this project a reality.
      Sadly there has not been much of any progress in the class system. Having said that we are starting to work more on the classes and should have more updates about them in the coming days.

  1. Traveler
  2. Swordsman
  3. Thinker

  5. Trapper
  6. Mage new
We are also going into closed alpha so if you want to help us test for bugs please consider joining our Alpha/Beta Test group.

Currently the class system is down because my brother has not configured the permissions to match the new leveling system.
The spawn is nearly finished.
The Mountain and Ocean countries have been outlined.
6 of the 9 classes are finished (I will talk about the class system in a separate post).
Name of the server is still undecided (post name ideas in the forums).

      Project "Acriat" is a RPG Minecraft Server that has multiple countries to travel to and from. As well multiple classes that you can level up through gaining normal Minecraft experience. Everything is up to you, you can choose to live in one of the countries or you could travel from place to place and never settle. There are going to be lots of quest to do alone or with friends, even some special events where countries go to war with each other.
